The Mazatenango Guatemala East Stake has been created by Elder William R. Bradford of the Seventy. It includes the El Compromiso, La Cuchilla, Las Flores, Mazatenango Oriente and San Antonio Suchitepequez wards, and the Samayac, San Francisco Zapotitlan and Santo Domingo branches.

Elsewhere, stakes have been reorganized in Argentina, Canada, Chile, Guatemala, Mexico and Utah.
