From outside of the Saffron City Pokémon Center, walk around the house to your right and continue going East in this path.
Keep going straight until you see the Silph Co. building and then head inside.
After entering Silph Co. head to the North-East part of the ground floor.
You’ll see an elevator and a set of stairs leading up. Go inside the elevator.
Using the elevator, go to Silph Co. 6F.
After exiting the elevator, head left and then follow the corridor down.
At the end of the path you’ll see a locked room to your left that’ll require a Card Key to open, and the Audinite will be inside of this room hidden by some boxes.
